Tell us roughly the fleet size, the current pain, and the renewal window you have in mind. Anything you would say in a first call works here. We will route it to the right account manager.

Our regional lines are answered Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 18:00 KST. Outside those windows, please use the form above and we will reply on the next working day.

Where we operate

Headquartered in Jung-gu, Seoul. Two regional warehouses run our same-day swap programme. We do not currently operate outside the Republic of Korea on our own premises; partner facilities in Tokyo handle Japanese fleets.

04 — Vendor onboarding

List your hardware on FleetLattice

If you are a hardware vendor, distributor, or accessory maker who wants your kit on a managed plan, this is the path. We run a short five-step intake before adding any new SKU to a customer-facing catalog.

    Send a one-pager

    Hardware spec, distribution model, expected unit volume in KR, and your preferred warranty path. Email contact@peakprimepro.one with the subject line "Vendor intake".

  2. 02

    Discovery call · 30 minutes

    We walk through fleet fit, MDM compatibility, and where your hardware sits relative to existing plans. Honest answer at the end of the call about whether we are a good route for you.

  3. 03

    Pilot fleet of 25–50 units

    Staged through our Seoul warehouse for image-baseline alignment and a 90-day pilot with up to two existing customers. We do not pay for inventory at this stage.

  4. 04

    Master vendor agreement

    Standard 12-page document, RMA terms, refresh cadence alignment, and ITAD partner integration. We share the template before the pilot, not after.

  5. 05

    Catalog add and rollout calendar

    Hardware appears in customer-facing catalogs within ten business days of signed agreement. We publish the rollout cadence to your team monthly.
